Candidate sessions conducted by Lake City Photos include the transfer of distribution, print, and usage rights to the campaign, affording them the freedom to utilize the photographs as they deem appropriate and necessary. These rights encompass the ability to employ the photos in various mediums and formats for campaign-related purposes without limitation, subject to the agreed terms and conditions. Campaigns are required to refrain from altering any images provided by Lake City in a way that portrays any person or entity in a negative or misleading manner.
